Seal-it 360 - HIGH-TACK - adhesive sealant

Applications

• Especially suitable as a very strong assembly and construction adhesive, for heavy and immediately firm bonding and/or mounting, for almost all surfaces and building materials, without the aid of clamps, stamps and/or fixing tape.
• Powerful assembly and construction adhesive, for direct and high-load bonding.
• Structural bonding in vibrating constructions, such as in facade, transport, equipment and machine construction.
• Bonding and/or mounting mirrors, natural and hard stone, marble, granite, concrete and other critical/porous materials.
• Assembly and/or construction adhesive for profiles, panels, skirting boards, moldings, insulation and sheet materials, battens, beams, bricks, tiles and more.
• Bonding and/or assembling metal parts in roof, facade, container, air duct, trailer, bodywork and shipbuilding.

Application conditions

• Processing temperature (environment and substrate) between +5°C and +40°C.
• It is recommended to spray Seal-it ^® 360 HIGH-TACK with a professional caulking gun, in combination with the standard V-seam nozzle, due to the low viscosity of the material.
• On load-bearing, tolerant, clean, grease- and dust-free surfaces.
• Apply glue vertically (ventilating), in ridges, at a mutual distance of min. 10 cm and max. 20 cm. Do not apply in dots! Ideal glue thickness 2 to 3 mm.
• To obtain the correct and uniform adhesive thickness, it is recommended to use double-sided adhesive tape SEAL-IT® 560 PANELTAPE.
• Remove loose particles from the surface using a suitable brush.
• Degrease surfaces thoroughly using Seal-it ^® 510 CLEANER.
• Seal-it ^® 360 HIGH-TACK has a broad adhesion spectrum, however, highly porous surfaces should be pre-treated with Seal-it ^® 520 PRIMER and non-porous surfaces on which adhesion is minimal should be pre-treated with Seal-it ^® 525 Clean & Bond.
